We’re very pleased to announce an 18-month grant renewal for $325,000 from The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust to The Center For Scientific Integrity, our parent non-profit organization.
The generous funding from the Helmsley Charitable Trust will allow us to build on the work funded by our original Helmsley grant. That grant gave us the opportunity to create a plan for sustainability of The Center, making it possible to be less reliant on philanthropy as we continue our work. Over the coming months, we will move forward with aspects of that plan, which includes ideas for new revenue streams, and expanding coverage of key areas.
We want to offer our thanks to Helmsley and to all of our wonderful readers, without whom none of this would be possible.
