An economics paper has been retracted after the journal that published it became aware that it contained plagiarism.
Here’s the notice:
With deep regrets we apologize to Dagoberto Páramo Morales for inadvertently publishing the article (in Economics and Management, No.4, 2012) of Inese Spīča and Ernests Spīčs, titled EFFECTIVITY OF ETHNOMARKETING IN E-ENVIRONMENT, which contains the evidence of plagiarism. Consequently the article of aforesaid authors was excluded from a database of ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT.

The Economics and Management journal has been published since year 2007 regularly and publishes the most updated piece of knowledge from the areas of National Defence Economy and Military Management. It also contributes to the increasing of operational capability of professional army.
Its primary aim is to publish contributions written by academic staff and students of the University of Defence, other universities, and research and specialized institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad.
