    1. One and the same. From the earlier story:

      Leisman is a research fellow at the University of Haifa in Israel who was also cited for scientific misconduct decades ago, for misrepresenting his academic credentials and professional experience and awarded patents in a grant application.

This highly informative Transmitter article https://www.thetransmitter.org/spectrum/work-of-autism-researcher-questioned-again/ briefly discussed a possible (financial) relationship between Gery Leisman and Robert Melillo (founder of what is here called Brain Balance Program (the website does not seem to work anymore) and nowadays seems to refer to the Melillo Method) which is denied by Leisman.
        Interestingly enough they recently joint in the following publication https://www.mdpi.com/2076-3425/15/9/1010 (the e-mail used by GL looks like an old e-mail address and does not refer to any of the affiliations mentioned and RM used an e-mail address that is linked to his own website).
